Grace Mazzatelli, Interfaith Caregiver volunteer honored by Volunteer Connect Grace, one of our Group Leaders, was recently honored for being a Change Maker in Mercer County at the Volunteer Connect volunteer recognition event which was held on Thursday, October 27, 2010. The awards ceremony took place at Janssen Pharmaceuticals in Titusville, NJ.
As a former social worker at the Mercer County Board of Social Services, Grace uses her wealth of knowledge of the resources available in Mercer County to help the homebound elderly and disabled in the community. Her amazing compassion and caring, along with her dedication to this mission, make her a wonderful and knowledgeable Group Leader.
Her 538 hours of service, this past year alone, demonstrate her love for others and her devotion to her parish, Our Lady of the Angels, and the ministry of Interfaith Caregivers Trenton.
